Hi, I’m Cam.
I’m a virtual run coach based in central North Carolina who focuses on helping serious marathoners and ultra marathoners PR their races with structured and smart training. I understand everyone is different and adapts to different stimulus of training which is why I personalize plans to each individual based on their needs.
I am certified through UESCA, one of the top certification programs available and I use science-based methods as the foundation for all of my programs, but I’m also not afraid to think outside the box to get the most out of my athletes.
I’m passionate about helping runners reach their goals as being a part of their success and the confidence and joy it gives them is the best feeling and part of coaching!
